Exhibit 2
The image has been explanded on the left side.
The original for this picture came from a children's book. Using the selection tool I erased all of the text. I used the history and art history brush to give a lot of rough texture to all the items on the ground and a little to the birds in the sky. I gave BB some sharper designs and highlighted his antenna, eye lense, and bottomon of his head. I used the selection tool to highlight his shape to be more organge and changed the horizon line to give more of a fish-eyed look. I left the dirt he's rolling up really texturized and transformed and warpped the text to look like he's kicking it up. I liked the contrast a lot on the original and wanted to use a font and color on the text that would compliment the scenery, but not blend in too well. I didn't want to add any red or green to take away from BB's orange or give life to the desert planet, so I opted with a yellow color and a font that complimented the text of the children's book.
